アップデートというかapacheとphpバージョンダウンしたので、それが復活！
キーワードはconfファイルの名前、位置、構成が変更しなっているのです。
それで起動時に　-D DEFAULT_VHOST -D USERDIR　なものまでつけないとルートもユーザもページが表示されない。

( -D SSL_DEFAULT_VHOST )これも忘れると大変です。
